Online Shopping and Delivery
Hamleys offers standard UK delivery, next-working-day delivery and collection through participating parcel shops. Standard delivery takes around three to five working days, with free delivery on eligible orders of £45 or more. Smaller orders have delivery charges based on the basket value.
Some large toys and outdoor products are dispatched directly by suppliers and may take longer to arrive. Delivery charges and available services also vary by destination, so check the terms at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Hamleys' online terms provide a cooling-off period for eligible consumer orders. Customers generally pay the return postage for change-of-mind cancellations, while faulty products are covered by separate refund arrangements.
Check the current terms for cancellation deadlines, product exclusions and return instructions before sending an item back.
London's Historic Toy Shop
William Hamley opened a toy shop called Noah's Ark in London in 1760. The business became a well-known destination for toys, and a larger shop opened on Regent Street in 1881 to accommodate its growing range.
Hamleys has since become an internationally recognised toy retailer. Its Regent Street flagship remains a major London shopping attraction, while its online shop serves customers across the UK.
